Does anyone else see the crazy insane amount of ads popping up with recruiting ads on social media as much as me? They are recruiting like crazy in my area as well as all over looks like. Hiring Brand new agents and encouraging them to recruit right away just like an NAA. Getting tired of this newbie Market saturation with all these new people coming in not knowing what they're doing and already recruiting.

I have been following or he has followed me one of their new recruits all over for weeks. I sold a DE case with Transamerica and he tried to replace it with Americo. The only problem was they don't take DE. Followed him into a home where the lead had COPD. He sold Americo for $96+ monthly and I replaced it with AML for 57. Like most agents coming on with no training, he just doesn't know what he is doing.

I saw that as well. The frustrating part is a lot of the lead sources that I was using mainly for mortgage protection have locked up the areas I was mailing to because they hold everything for them now
