Farm Bureau for Land Lord policies

The other day, I came across a client who has about 18 or so properties that she rents out students. She mentioned that she has them all covered by Farm Bureau...and the rates are really good.
She also mentioned that Farm Bureau has 1 deductible for a catastrophic event. Her deductible is $3500....so I asked, so you are saying if all 18 single properties were to hypothetically get destroyed in a tornado ..they would all be covered by just paying $3500? ....she said yes..and she said that she confirmed it with her agent.

Does anyone have any experience with Farm Bureau? Is that correct? ...if so..that is an amazing product...how can anybody beat that?

I can't speak for Farm Bureau, but it sounds like a blanket policy. I don't think I've ever been beaten on one of my blanket policies. Ever.

Keep in mind, the best way to win sales isn't to try to win every sale. The best way to win every sale is to only get involved with the ones you can win, and walk away from the rest. It's one of those "pick yer battles" kinda things.
