Pa. I'm familiar with most areas there.
PA is a terrible state to sell in - high rates, terrible underwriting, everyones sick, yata, yata, yata. Any state but PA. I hear OH is wide open.

Lou, definitely sell in Maryland. Don't bother with Pennsylvania---no business in the Keystone State. Just a bunch of fat retards in PA.
