FE Applications

I have a friend of mine who has 2 Lincoln Heritage policies that I might be able to replace. I currently do not have any contracts with FE carriers. She wants me to go to her house this Saturday to see if I can give her something better.

I would like the applications from Monumental, Foresters, and RN so I atleast can see if she will qualify. Would anyone be willing to e-mail me the questionaires from each of these companies (California)?

I always send mine to lee for him to look over. He says to leave the agent information blank to make sure it gets put in correctly. Is it normal to wait six months to get paid?
