There are different ways to skin a cat. If you can't dazzle them with your brilliance, you baffle them with your bullshit. Most of the time I am very laid back but sometimes you have to get excited. Like when you have a stone cold buyer who won't close. That is when I get excited.
I had one in Feb. that turned out badly. I had a lady who was maybe 5' 4" and was pushing the chart weight wise. Her boyfriend was 5'5" and weighted 400 plus. She had some health issues but I figured I could get her bought tier 2 with KSKJ. I worked her hard to no avail. I even insinuated that she was not living a healthy life style; of course I said it with a smile in my voice! She refused to close and stated she wanted me to come back in a few weeks, to which I replied, it is going to be hard to get back here because your kind of out in the boonies and I will have fresh leads to work. She agreed to sign a blank app and I told her to call me if she wanted it.
She called on Feb. 9 and I took the info over the phone. I was trying hard to get the first payment upon acceptance but she wouldn't go for it. It couldn't come out until the 28th.
She got approved on the 15th. Her daughter called me on the 24th to tell me her mother had died. You win some, you lose some.
