I assume fresh MP leads come from recent recording of Public Records (if anywhere else or if this is wrong, please enlighten me), but where are fresh FE leads generated from?

From poor people growing old.
MP leads are event driven (prospects who recently funded a home purchase with a mortgage).
FE leads are a demographic: Typically ages 50 to 85, with $50,000/yr or less income

Why the question mark? Your initial question referenced the source
of data for MP leads. DayTimer answered the question with the source of data for FE leads. To further elucidate, the data lists used for FE lead generation (whether mail, phone, or other) include everybody in the population without them having done anything to trigger a sales approach. But the lists are filtered by geography, age, and income in order to target those people most likely to respond favorably.

Oh, ok. You must be using a phone. I don't know if your phone handles it the same as mine (iPhone), but on mine there's a symbol at the bottom of the post that looks like a striped square (next to how many minutes). If you click on that, options come up that include "edit".
