I'm working on doing a mailing for FE plans. I already have 2 lists I trying to decide which one to use ages 30 - 65 or 65 to 78?

I personally would go 55-75.

Also make sure what ages your commission cuts off. Some companies lower the commission drastically after age 75 but I've seen at least one that does it as low as 70.

anything over 70 years old gets very expensive.

I use 40 to 70 and cap the income @ $75k.

Anyone under 60 gets a Term with ROP. Everyone else - SIWL.

UHL or Fidelity are good for ROP if non-med.

If healthy and can go UW - WestCoast Life is cool . . .

Tom is not completely incorrect in what is writes, but there are many other better options. But he has limited experience in insurance so may not have all the information.

There are many experienced and knowledgeable agents on this board who would will hopefully chime in with their opinion. (Check their signature file and see who is NOT recruting).

'Ole Rick always gotta yackity yack yack . . .

Please Rick - enlighten us on the "better options" for non med Life?

I actually don't "recruit" agents anymore - that is a PITA. I'm only doing leads now when I'm not personally writing biz. Better ROMT and I don't have to babysit.

I still luv ya Ricky . . .
