Lifehappens has nothing for senior citizens. I am in the process of creating a video similar to above (taking some things from it) and creating a 1 minute video. I'm working with a design expert, and will post to the community when its done. This will be used within a Final Expense presentation (preferrably on a tablet)... I will put some statistics in it to.

Props including stories and videos actually help motivate and evoke the proper emotions without putting the agent within the crosshairs...

don't see how a video is going to help boost sales. what if they overdraft their account, do you send them another DVD? this won't replace a good agent, or even help him in my opinion. if it works for you, great, but I just don't see it.

Arguably true for the skilled agents like yourself, but using videos to demonstrate whatever needs to be sold could equip a less-than-capable salesperson so as to streamline the process.

At least that's what some sales managers I've read about have done with some success...

I think assuming an agent couldnt use this is retarded. It all depends how its used, just because you dont use doesnt mean it doesnt have its place. Its one more prop in the bag...
