Hey guys,

Just heard from the carrier that's was responsible for the ID cards on a commercial auto policy. Can any give me suggestions on how to do this.

Its Acord Form 51. If you have access to accord forms, its pretty simple. If not, you'll need to get access.

Most P&C agency management systems will print it for you.

By the way, if you don't have access to accord forms via a different source, you can use formsboss.

ACORD FORMS | AGENCY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM | CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

and before anyone says anything, I know its Acord, with one C, not 2 c's, but spellcheck loves the 2 c version.

Dan, thank you so much. I do not have an AMS, however I will run a google search and see if I can find one.

Thanks so much. If you wouldn't mind and if it's possible, could you send me a blank Acord 51 in a PM

See previous post. They are available online at
ACORD FORMS | AGENCY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM | CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
The first tier, which gives you access to the form, is free.

If you want fillable forms, there is a charge.

As far as I know though, I can't send out Acord forms for others to use per licensing agreements (I'd have to check to be sure). Since a quick google search finds them or formsboss has them, its not worth the bother.

Dan,

Once again thanks so much. One more question:

Do you make insurance cards for the trailers? There are 17 vehicles and 10 trailers on the policy
