Florida Mobile Homes

So I'm sure all of my fellow Florida collegues out there got the memo today that Citizens will be pulling out of the MHO market.

Does anyone have an alternative they can suggest?
 
That makes things tougher out there. I actually get a decent amount of mobile home leads and would be interested in selling them to someone here. If anyone is interested, please let me know.
 
Most of the mobile homes are a pain to write. Not worth the commission. If it isn't in an approved park then it has to go to Citizens, the state run company. And they just announced that will no longer write mobile homes.
 
I disagree, we write mobiles all day, quick and easy! We have every carrier that writes mobiles in the state. Also, Lloyds will write a mobile up to 50 years, park, private property, whatever.

Wow, Thats surprising. We get them everyday. I'm in Polk County though and surrounded (literally) by retirement parks. We advertise heavily in them and write a ton! Easy auto sales too. What area are you in?

Tampa Bay, St. Pete specifically. We don't do any advertising for them. We do get a couple call ins for them a year a long with some referrals. Everytime I try to actually work them I get frusturated.

I feel you pain. I sort of feel the same way.
 
Our office has 6 different markets outside of Citizens and Lloyds for mobile homes. We can write parks or private property. We can handle almost any risk.
