For ACA agents, what do you do after OEP?

For those of you sell ACA...

My understanding is the OEP is really the only time to sell ACA (Nov 1 - Dec. 15), unless there's a SEP.
I know because of covid there was an SEP for much of 2021.

So is that it?
Just sell as much as possible during the OEP and focus on other insurance lines the rest of the year?

Or am I missing how ACA is a year-long opportunity?

Aca is year round. People are always losing group, cobra, moving, divorcing, losing medicaid, etc. Probably 7 a month.

I also focus on Medicare supps for people turning 65, about 8 to 10 a month.

Marketplace has free call on demand.
Other agents that don't sell aca. Most referrals come from agents who only do group or Medicare or auto.
Financial advisor referrals. Small biz networking. Buy leads. Client referrals.
