I don't use it, so I don't know the cost...

Vivi,

FSC is not mandatory but it can be a time saver if you have multiple carriers.

If you are doing business in CA and are doing business in non-standard then it is a requirement.

You may pay somewhere around $350 for the initial setup and $250 per month.
