I have been trying to get a single case commission paid for 6 months. Itwas on a Medicare Advantage plan. Their agent support is horrible. Anyone know how to contact higher ups?
I've had the opposite experience. There have been several (okay, many) commission errors but all it took was a call to the BSU to fix things.
I've been paid for all but one application and that was (hopefully) corrected yesterday.
There have been coding problems with apps being shown as written through an FMO rather than direct and the commission payments on those took a little more time to correct.
