Hey I am trying to get started in the insurance game. Originally I was contacted by Bankers Life and went through there hole ordeal. I was planning on taking the classes and getting my license next week and starting the following week with them. Luckily I found this site first and will probably not be working for them ever.
I am wondering if anybody could help me out with how to get started. Would I be better off taking the classes and trying to get licensed on my own or trying to get in with a different company? I am willing to work hard and know it takes some time but my problem is I dont have a large bank account to get me started.
Any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated, including any info about some good companies in western WI. THanks
