I just received my florida 2-15 license and would like some recommendations on good companies to work for in the Orlando area? Not sure about independent or captive but will consider both.

I'm not sure there is a good answer to your question, but what made you decide to get your 2-15 license to begin with?
I live in Orlando. There are a ton of seniors here but with it, a ton of agents. I would look for an "independent" agency to start with that will give you training. Maybe look for the smaller shops that have multiple companies and are willing to train...of course for commission in exchange.
