Google Adwords Search-Based Keyword Tool

Apparently Google Adwords has a tool available that will let you see the search volume and average CPC for any keyword.

For example...

Child Only Health Insurance Plans gets 20 seaches a month and the average CPC is $7.49

Health Insurance get's 230,000 seaches a month and the CPC is $8.89

Aetna Health Insurance get's 10,000 seaches a month and CPC is $2.32


How accurate is this information, and how does one go about using it in their campaign.

Anyone have a dedicated or Virtual Private Server hosted?

We need to get this script and load it and as a collective ... spy on our pet keywords. Im told this tool is pretty dandy and does what several expensive tools do ... $27 bucks - but requires a dedicated server - hosting

The Google keyword tool is very much an approximation. Since Google uses a quality based score for your ads, you might end up having to pay more for the same ad position if your click thru rate is lower.
