Green Card Insurance over 65

An agents friends mom is moving permanently from India. She will get a green card quickly after she moves. Is over 65 and will need insurance. Any ideas????

If she has elig green card, and ssn#, and here permanently, she is eligible for an ACA plan at full premium or with tax credits depending on if her income is high enough or low enough, which depends on state she resides.

This assumes she is not eligible for free Medicare Part A
