Good morning all,

I figured it's good protocol to drop by here and say hello before I go wandering off down some thread.

I'm an owner/agent with Farmers, located in Dallas. I started training back in November, and I've been actively prospecting and quoting since late January.

I'm here to learn, network and contribute whatever small bits of wisdom I've picked up in my 29 years here on Earth.

I live in Fort Worth and I am looking to get out of
Mortgages sales and I'm leading towards insurance. I know at least 100 loan officers that would send me their
Clients in a manner. So I'd be focusing on homeowners ins, and life insurance. And as long as we're at I should go ahead and check out the auto policy too!

I have interviews at libertymutual but living In fort worth and committing to lewisville doesn't sound to keen.

2 different farmers district managers have been calling me for farmer. Are you hoi policies good at farmers? Meaning are the premiums know for being
High or low. Also what commission rate does a farmers agent make on home owners policies? At liberty mutual they pay 7.5% but l heard 10% is more standard.
