Hello! Just wanted to briefly introduce myself. I work at an agency in Michigan with my primary focus being on employee benefits, however, I also manage our individual block of business which seems to be continually growing. I started in the industry in 2000 while attending college, after college I spent two years as an ancillary rep for a major carrier before deciding to return to the agency side. Hoping to gain knowledge from this forum, ideas, and contribute where I am able!
