Hello everyone. I have been in insurance off and on since 1995 but mostly in the Debit end. I have my Class C now and am looking to branch out. I am really glad I found this forum and all the valuable information here. Most of my experience is in life insurance.

I am interested in telephone sales and other opportunities that would work for my area. I live in Shreveport. Thank you.

Hello Randy. I'm from Alexandria originally but now live in Mandeville.

By the way in Louisiana I think they modified the classifications, but I know what you mean by Class C (Life, Health & Accident).

This is too funny... I am originally from Alexandria, LA too! Now in St. Louis. Maybe it is true that regardless of how far you get from "A" town, your bound to run into someone with an "A" connection!

It's a small world after all. When my son was young he played baseball tournaments in Alexandria. Thanks for the replies. I am looking to make a move from the debit world into more of an independent type situation.

If anyone has ideas of a good starting point I would appreciate it. I like person to person selling but I am good over the phone also. I worked a couple of years ago recruiting truck drivers. My boss would advertise and drive the calls into our queue. We would then give the pitch and get them to move to our company. Many of them I never saw face to face. Thanks for any input.
