Hello, everyone!!

I'm new on here! I'm a transplant from NJ, (been here for about a year) and I've been working at New York Life as a consultant/recruiter since March.

I graduated college last year with a premedical degree in biology (focus in pathology--nerd...I know), and I'm also applying to graduate school, currently. This also means that I'm a student at heart, and always looking to learn new things, as well as contribute to discussions. :GEEK:

The biggest thing that I admire about this field is the diversity of people in it, and the incredible connections you can make in so many different fields/disciplines. It's definitely been worth-while!

Happy Saturday!

Our son is a pre-med biology major at OSU.

I would NEVER in a million years want him to enter this business.

Regardless...Good luck to you.

Thank you! And good for him--that's actually on my list of schools! It's a great school, and very rewarding program to participate in. I was at OSU not too long ago, their biology and chemistry buildings look GORGEOUS. But, you can tell the chemistry building got the larger end of the stick when it came to funding. Typical.
