Hey everyone. I've been coming here reading old threads off and on for the last few years and thought it's about time I earned some participation points. A little bit of my background: I've been a licensed agent for the last 10 years, after spending some time bouncing around as a captive agent and financial services rep I finally decided to go independent and focus mainly on L&H in the Senior market about 5 years ago. So far it's going Okay, but there's always room for improvement! This seems like a really solid community so I'd like the opportunity to bounce ideas around to see what I can improve on going forward. Cheers!

Humana and UHC are my heavy hitters for MA products. Med Sups are: Transamerica, MoO, Western Catholic, Manhattan Life, Old Surety and a few others. I've had pretty good success selling indemnity plans to my MA clients. I mostly use GTL and Medico for those HIP plans with a few Kemper home health products sprinkled in between. I'd really like to get better at selling FE to existing clients. I'd also like to sell some annuities too!
