Guaranteed Issue LTCi?

I know the entire market has been changing, but I have an employer who may be interested in installing a group or multi-life policy for his company, for his own interests.

He is uninsurable, but desires coverage. I think I've been down this road before with him, but does anyone know of a completely guaranteed issue contract? I'm pretty sure he can't pass any company's MGI questionnaire. He has about 40 employees.

Thanks!

Guaranteed issue, that doesn't involve a combo product, I might add. He's willing to do a base for the group, carve out for execs, and whatever he can for himself.

I don't believe a GI or non-cancellable LTC policy exists, either for individuals or groups.

Even on a Simplified Issue, there are always a half a dozen "drop dead" questions which would most likely knock him out.

Hybrid policies would probably be less of an option. There's underwriting for both, LTCi & Life insurance so that won't help you.

what makes him unins.?

A host of issues that we went through with him on and even applied to several companies for individual coverage just over a year ago. NML, JH, Gen, and MOO all declined him.

Long story short, there were some stroke like symptoms that weren't actually a stroke (can't remember exactly what they were, some of it was stress induced) partial carotid blockage, etc...

Last summer, a friend in a law practice, who I tried to obtain LTCi, but everyone declined, he is Type 1 diabetic, another partner with heart issues, about 15 employees, all got issued with Hancock on a group policy.

He is definitely insurable on a Transamerica MGI group plan if you can get 15 employer paid applications and he is age 64 or younger, hasn't missed 5 consecutive days of work in past 6 months; and hasn't been adl dependent in past 12 months. $200 day max. $400,000 max.

The only way he's "definitely insurable" is if Transamerica offers a GI policy.

Do they?

Arthur, I know the MGI questions and I stated them above. I am working with a law firm partner taking 75 units of insulin with elevated A1C. Same story.

Actively at work 30 hours a week; no ADL dependency within 12 months; no loss of work 5 consec. days within 6 mos.; under age 65; 15 E'R paid lives. Doneski. Jack,
I think you're working too hard. You and your Tranny girlfriend need to take some time off and go on vacation.
