Good day to all! I'm Scott from Metro-Detroit. I am a former top-producing real estate agent that fell to the foreclosure "boom" (which started here in 2005). My wife and I made big decisions to change our careers and I chose insurance with the idea to help seniors.

Since getting my insurance license I have hooked up with a couple of firms and will not deal with either due to their (lack of) ethics. <pause 15 seconds for the "realtor worried about ethics" comments to diminish>

So I am here to see if I can find any pearls about solid sales training available that doesn't require me using aggressive body language to coerce a senior into letting me into their home or requiring me to sign a contract that says I can only sell 1 company's minimum $4,000 premium LTC, be a captive agent, and buy my own leads-but only from "their guy" at the low,low price of $100 each. Minimum 10.

OK so it's not been a smooth start,but I'm still glad to be here!
