Has Any Fe Agent Every Been Able to Wean of Leads Completely?

I don't know that an agent could ever have a high production with no leads but I'm at a point where I do a lot of business off my current book. I'm 18-years in and it probably helps that I've always worked a very small area and most people know where my office building is. I often have their FE and Medicare policies.
So I'm at a point where a lot of sales do fall out of the sky for me at this point.

So I would say no to the op's question. I've never heard of an agent that has their focus on FE being able to do without leads.
The longer you do this the less leads you need to reach your production goals. I need less leads now than I ever have but I certainly couldn't cut off my lead supply.

I have 35 years in the business and ran a debit for 28 years I get calls and referrals monthly and get around 15 leads a weak which I don't have to buy because of my production and along with renters insurance it's works good the longer in the business you will build and build I have new and repeat business coming in often. if you work it and control it you will be fine. Don't let it control you.
If it is working for them, why would they change?
