Has Anyone Used TKSytems?

I was just wondering if anyone has used TKSystems? It looks interesting, but I'm not sure if it would be worth the money... We are in the process of implementing TAM, so it might not be worth it. Any thoughts?

I read both of Troy's books and I found them to be worth the read. I think one is called "Power Position Your Agency" and the other is "Profit From Change". The books talk in depth about using a contact manager to increase appointments.
