Have You Used..Jenesis Agency Management

Let me just say I am new to this site. I have done a search and read everything I could before posting this. I would like any feed back from you all who have actually used Jenesis. I have seen the demo and read about all the other programs available. I am just asking for feedback from anyone who has used the system PROS and CONS please. Our agency is looking into putting this system into place and would like any info that you are willing to share!! Thank you in advance!!!
