HC.gov - Trouble Cancelling a Plan

Have client who aged on to medicare in November. As it stands now, we cannot log on to HC.gov and delete the plan. HC.gov only lets up either renew the old 2014 or start a new plan. The terminate plan button is gone.

Now Medicare sees the under 65 plan as primary even through it should not exist. Client has had several claims declined by Medicare because it thinks u65 plan is primary...ughhh

Called the marketplace twice and each time they tell me there's a glitch in the system that is preventing them from cancelling the plan. Their advice is to wait an hour or so and call back...

Anyone have any advice? I think I have clicked every button on their account and cannot get to the place to "terminate plan."
