Does anyone have any feedback about Health Choice One. They offer life insurance products as well. Thinking about signing with them but wanted some feedback first.

Please use the search feature on this forum. You'll get lots of feedback, mostly good.

Don't know much about their life products but then, I have a better suggestion for life anyway.

Thanks, I tried the search feature but they were not on there. But hey, I' am new to this and may have missed something.

HCO is good so far for me, quick to respond, good info. They're handling my appointment with most companies, good training info. I would also suggest joining the IHIAA. The discount with prospectzone and norvax is worth more than the cost of membership.

Sounds like you may have to search HCO. Seems like health insurance agents abbreviate everything and I mean everything. Their handwriting blows too.

I know this because out of the 4 agents I know, I can only read one of them's writing. The other 3, worse than my doctor and at least he doesn't abbreviate everything. They need to invent a glossary just for health insurance abbreviations by agents. To top it all off, when a new guy enters the business, thay have to ask what GA, MA, MVA, ect. ect. means.......

Anyway try HCO........

Are you from Alabama as your flag indicates?

Thanks for the feedback.

I' am in Florida. Do not know why I have an Alabama flag. Will have to find out how to change it.

Okay, I figured out the flag change.

I know their name is Health Choice one, but they also do life. They have about 28 life companies that you can write with.

Just getting started in the business so I thought I would start with life and expand from there. I have had my General Lines and Life, Health, & Annuities for almost a year but if you do not have any experience then most companies do not want you. Especially the P & C's.

Abbreviations aren't used exclusively by the health industry. MA, LTC, SPWL, SWL, PIP, APS, ALP, AEP, OEP, SEP, MVR...

If you can't find a strong local brokerage here in FL, HCO would be a good option.

For Life, I would go with Next Gen, which you can get contracted through ILIAA.

If you need your hand held, in exchange for lower comp, National Brokerage may be another option for you to look at.

Thanks for the help. At this point I do need some hand holding. The more I learn now the less problems I will have later.

I will take any and all advice!!
