How does everyone feel about the New Health Care Reform? I read the latest whereby the Universal Plan will be like shopping for Cheap Air Fare. They will put it on Orbitz. Looking for feedback. Thanks

If that happens...I'll take the Hooters plan.

Seriously...it's so hard to gauge what will happen. Obama is unpredictable and quite relentless. Maybe even reckless, although time will tell.

Oh what could have been...Cavs vs. Lakers.

We now own 60% of a company that's doomed to fail and have forgiven billions in loans. I no longer put anything past Obama who's mouth is literally writing checks his body can't cash.

Healthcare form no longer needs to make sense or even work. It only needs to be "change" for him to declare victory. Remember, you can't ever run out of money as long as you have checks.

There is always his fallback strategy after we see massive inflation: "I inherited this problem from Bush." I don't think anything will change until we are absolutely forced to change, so for that reason, I hope it comes sooner than later. Bush was no angel either on fiscal responsibility, think back to the Medicare expansion. That was another check that can't be backed up.

...can't believe that somehow we're hiding the true rate of inflation. Can't wait 'til that finally hits a brick wall and we're getting home loans at 18%.

Obama will use Katrina (ie. Bush) as an excuse for his first foray into socialized housing for the middle class. "We have a responsibility to provide for these folks especially where the government has failed them." Then of course if you keep driving inflation up, as you stated, the interest rates goes up making housing less and less affordable. You have seen the health care model where there will be a private sector market but "a government option" too. It is just a hop, skip, and a jump over to housing with that model as well. I know we have units for low income already. I am talking about for the middle class as well. Of course, Joe Biden is in charge of preserving the middle class now so we have to see how that works out. Maybe he will help folks to keep a scrapbook so they will be able to remember what it was like.

Single unit, standalone housing and socialist governments do not mix well. Too bad we don't all have a Tony Rezco in our lives to help with financing, and of course the Rev is living in pretty nice digs too even though the Man kept him down.

Change you can believe in.

B.O. has no idea what he is doing.

Take a look at the current SCHIP. Have you heard anymore news on how kids can enroll under the new guide lines? The gov. agencies I talked to do not even know what Schip is?
I had to call the Governors office to get answers.

We should see bills from both the house and senate in Aug.
The battle will be in the senate. The house is full of a bunch of liberal loons that could not even balance their own check book.
