For the 2nd year in a row, Healthnet promised pay "before the holidays" on Open Enrollment business received by them from 11/15/08 to 11/31/08. To me, "before the holidays" means the 15th to the 20th of Dec time frame. They are telling me they are "shooting for the 29th"! huh? Last year they paid me on this in mid January. This is BS and needs to be stopped. Am I the only one dealing with this? I'd LOVE to hear from others on this.
