This has nothing to do with Part B, I don't think the state of Illinois has the power to dictate what Medicare covers.

The law applies to "an individual or group policy of accident and health insurance or managed care plan." They took an existing law that requires coverage for hearing aids for people under 18, and wherever it says "individual under the age of 18," they took out the "under the age of 18."
