It's impossible to tell without having the documents, but from what I assume from what you have posted (and you need to call your agent to really get an accurate answer):
- The policy, by default, excludes coverage for acts of war or being hi-jacked. You have an endorsement that removes these exclusions.
I don't know what (b) is, which the endorsement doesn't delete.
You have to read this in context, so breaking out sections won't get you a good answer.
