Hello Again from Scottsdale Az

I once thought about getting into Real Estate. Before the bottom went out,,I thought everyone was getting rich doing it.

Mark, I would suggest that you stick with the Praying Mantis market. Apparently they are quite fecund. BTW that is not a dirty word, so get your collective minds out of the gutter guys and gals.

I'm out of business until about next Feb. when I get some more eggs or catch me some new ones.

I would like to thank everyone that sent me cards and flowers for the funeral of my praying mantis. I'm really taking it hard. It was way before her time to die. I know her death was not my fault and I did everything that I could to save her.

How do you do everything to save her? Mouth to mouth?

Did you leave the TV on and did she accidently have to watch "The View" for an hour? That would kill damn near anyone.

Maybe she just had nothing left to live for.

I don't know. I could see Joy and Woopie having a kindred(sp) spirit with a Praying Mantis.

Mark I have some little orange naugas for sale, you could start a nauga ranch. By the way welcome Waterfront to the forum. t hall

What is a Naugas?

I made over $3000 in one month doing just about nothing with my mathis. But I dont raise them for the money...I love doing it.

Rick, 1st I gave him/her some water. Then I took a wet paper towel and try to clean the mantis. I have brought 2 back from being sick so far, but this one was too far gone. I'm learning that they don't eat as much in the wild as I thought.

Mark, I can't believe that you didn't take him/her to a veterinarian that specializes in insects. If you really cared for that critter you could have sent it to the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia. They have what is probably the largest collection of insects in the world. Also, you could have contacted the Entomological Society of America for a consultation. They are located in Lanham, MD Their phone number is (301)731-4535. This isn't a joke!

I'm going to share some of my mantis videos..

This is them hatching.
