I was in a "sea of confusion" out there! Wow! I was asked for my FFM number and drew a complete blank! I knew I completed the entire certification process in the marketplace, received all the confirmations (7) in all. But have not heard or let me say "recognized" what is being referred to as my FFM number!!!! HELP!!! B
