Hello all- I'm heading up the sales & service side of a start up agency in Boston, MA. Was previously the manager of an (essentially) captive agency with a strong affinity program. I only have experience with P&C- specifically, Personal Lines. Looking forward to learning and sharing knowledge where I can.
