Hello Everyone!

I am so glad have found this website! A big thank you for so much valuable information in the forums. So many of you seem so open to lending a helping voice or opinion.

I've opened a new P&C independent agency in Sherman Oaks, CA. We're starting from scratch and are very excited to grow our agency. I come from another agency that I opened as a sub of a mortgage lender. It was small and pretty basic, but it really allowed me to learn the basics and build a good foundation.

Now we've got a great business plan, some great lead generating business partners and I'm fortunate to be able to develop our new agency from the ground up learning from the successes and challenges of my previous agency.

I've found many answers to my many questions on this forum, and again I say thank you! I will have many more questions in the upcoming months and I look forward to networking and interfacing with all of you.

Nice to meet you! We are neighbors indeed! My office is on the corner of Ventura & Sepulveda.

In a nutshell, we're starting from scratch, but my partners and I have some good referral sources that provide great leads.

I'm definitely open to meeting for coffee sometime. I'm right across from the Galleria. Starbucks?
