BC&BS of Tennessee, I need to find out if I can keep my insurance in Tennessee and live in another state for two years as long as I pay my premium. The reason for this I'm going to take care of a family member.

Probably not. You need to talk to your carrier or agent. Where are you at in Tennessee.? There are several Tennessee agents on here. What state are you moving to?

No, you can keep coverage for I think 6 months then BCBS of TN will not cover you.

I'm in Crossville. I have a history of medical conditions like Diabetes on insulin and Blood thinner for life. For 20 years I've have BC&BS of Tennessee and I have a 1000 deductible. My month rate is 300.00 and my age is 52 years old. I have a agent already. Thinking about moving to Michigan.

Be prepared for sticker shock on insurance. You may have to go to a high risk pool.
