I have always been intrigued by the Insurance field. 1994 I had my life, Health, P&C licenses. I let them go in 2001 and now, I have to get them back. I have a deep passion for helping people, doing the best I can to protect the people around me. service is my strong suit. This sometimes leads me into taking the whole matter/issue into my own hands to insure things are done right. Teaching and leading people to do what it takes to solve an issue or satisfy a guest/client. I love change, change is growth. If you're not prepared for change, be prepared for a slow death. I enjoy inspiring people and pushing for the "Right thing". Ethics have taken a back seat I feel at times and I push it to be a cornerstone of what ever I do. Professional conduct must be flawless in execution. Your only as good as your last result. Be better, cleaner in action and provide better service then the other guy. I find myself asking questions to the people in my field whom are performing at a higher level then myself, don't be afraid to ask... How else will you grow? Don't be afraid to take a chance or make a mistake, if you do and when you do... Admit it, learn from it and move on for you've grown! Everything you do should be an effort to better someone or something. Sacrifices must be made, they are the "Blood" that others are afraid to pay for success! Speaking of success, nothing wrong with a healthy ego, nothing wrong with a passion for great rewards for tough blood shed in doing it right!
