HELP - Sarcoidosis in Another State

Hello fellow FE gurus - need some help

Got a lady that has sarcoidosis
She uses inhalers and oxygen
Takes meds for high BP
Takes a med called Planquenil

She is in another state so I can not do a face to face - are there any carriers I can use or di I just need to have her call the GI Mutual number?

She is 51 smoker
5' 9" 200 LB
lives in Ohio

Funny -- same situation I was in yesterday -- met a lady in TN with O2-intake and Sarcoidosis.

Send her to MoO.

Monumental and Presidential is the only one that covers oxygen, but is on a 2-year waiting period.

Dunno if you can submit either without being present.

The Standard Life agent manual lists sarcoidosis as a sub-standard risk.

A $10,000 policy for her would be $51.10 a month. Immediate benefit.

You can do the app right over the phone with the company - no signature or paper application needed.

You would obviously want to double check that she'd be ok with them.

Read the app 5 times. No mention of the word oxygen whatsoever. I even CTRL F'd the heck out of the application to make sure I wasn't missing it. Might be worth a look in this one particular instance.

Based on what? The fact that the agent manual specifically lists the ailment as a substandard rating? Have you read the application? Do you write any business with them?
