Help with 65yo Female with Health Issues

I have a friend whose mother lives in Texas. She came to me for advice about her term policy that has gone up to an outrageous $450/mo. Her birthday is 01/07/1948.

She currently takes
Pravastatin 80mg 1x daily
Losartan/HCT 100-12.5mg 1x daily
Toprol XL 50mg 1x daily

Here's the tricky part
Triple bypass in 2004
Neck arteries cleaned out in 2005
Rectal cancer in 2007 (removed and cancer-free since)
Used tobacco within the past year, now uses E-Cigs
No health issues since

She will take any premium between $400-$450/mo, possibly higher if I work her. Is there anything in the WL/Term/UL realm that would make sense for this person? She is dead set on $100-150K in coverage though. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I will talk to them about it. First thing we want to look at are any conversion options if any.
