Hey guys, I have been recruited by a farm bureau manager. I'm wondering if anyone has any opinions on them and their rates in Utah. I'm currently with another captive agency and it seems like farm bureau has more structure and support my only concern is the focus on life insurance. It's seemed hard to sell a ton of life insurance and they want you tell sell around 24000 in premium each year but require much less p and c production. They also pay a good amount of "supplement" money if you hit your numbers but I'm concerned about how hard it would be to hit the life numbers. Any opinions on FB?
