Hello everyone,

I met with a 73 year old lady today who has a Lincoln Heritage "Modified Death" policy. Her policy is $4000 and she is paying $53.42 per month (I looked at her policy). She had breast cancer January 2012 with a double mastectomy. Any help on what might be a good replacement is certainly appreciated!

Thank you.

How long has she had the policy?

If no treatment after the mastectomy she would be graded with American Continental. 4k = 35.00 mo or better yet give her a little over 5k for the 53 she is paying LH and graded instead of ROP

Thanks Black Hawk fan. I'm looking forward to the game tomorrow night! Right now my FE choices (those I'm appointed with) are Americo, RNA, SNL, UHL and Transamerica.

Thanks.

As long as shes not fat...SNL would be 5k for $49, saving her $4/mo AND giving her 1k more coverage or for $1 more, $54, she would get $5.5k.

Then there's Vantis too for only $39 for 5k.

Thank you TDF. Do you know which Security National Life policy would cover her? (I'm in Florida if that matters). I was surprised that LH was so competitively priced for her condition. I don't know if LH does a phone interview or MIB / Prescription check though. I'll need to check and see if she is still receiving any treatments.

Scott, it would be the Simple Security Plan (SSP) with Security National Life. If you need anything else let me know.

SNL FE Graded product....Im not sure what u meant by LH being competitively priced. We just showed u options that give her MORE coverage for LESS $$$....even UHL is cheaper at $51 for 5k then LH at $53 for 4k.

Now, LH is not bad if she smokes, cause those rates for SNL & UHL are non smoker. If she smokes, even tho the commish is not much, I would show her Vantis & be the hero by saving her $14/mo...u might get referrals out of that.

How is it "competitive"? It's ROP for 2 years. She could get the same thing from MoO for $28/mo. Or $5000 for $35/mo. She could get $7500 for what she is paying them for $4000.
