You feel encouraged. You do need a good agency to get you on the right track. Most independent agents fails after a year due to the lack of support from their agency and leads.

Okay, it's almost been a year in this business. Most important note...I'm still here. It hasn't been without it's struggles. However the information on this forum has been a HUGE life saver.
