Hello all. My name is Mark A Hammond I'm freshly licensed independent life & health insurance agent working out of Glendale, Arizona.

I've learned a lot by lurking for several months and just reading posts and I want to say this forum has been an excellent source of information, wish I would've jumped in the conversation sooner.

A little bit about me; Before this I spent 5 years working for the State of Arizona's Medicaid Program (ALTCS) doing financial determinations and working with the senior population. After awhile I got tired of being overworked and dealing with the bureaucracy so I left to do preneed at a local funeral home while also campaigning for a local state representatives seat. What I thought would be just a sideline sparked my interest and now I'm a full on life & health insurance junky!

Right now I'm doing Preneed for a local funeral home with Great Western but I've also been busy getting my appointments together so I can do FE and Med Supp.

Love the forum so far.

Great to have another funeral preplanner on the forum. We are a scarce breed around here. I also sell FE and Medicare and all the senior products.
