Tater, the calvary is coming to save all of you in texas because of your past sins. How dare you think you have state sovereignty. We're from the gov't and we're here to help !! :twitchy::yes::skeptical:

-----------------------
At least four states won’t enforce new sweeping insurance market reforms rolling out next year with the health law — leaving federal health officials in Washington to pick up the slack, yet another wrinkle in Obamacare implementation.

But the feds will be overseeing the health care law in Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming after those states told HHS they couldn’t or wouldn’t implement the new rules.

couldn’t or wouldn’t implement.....wonder which one texas was....hahaha

this could be the shoot out at the ok coral..... this also could propel perry back into the limelight as a prez frontrunner...... why? cause in about 9 months when the dookie hits the fan people will be like he is the only one with a brain

The American People will also be saying the same thing about the Republican party in general, cause the dookie's gonna hit the fan nationally..not just in Texas. Repubs have tried to warn the people and trip up ObamaCare at least 35 times.

Seriously what is TX going to do to not implement this thing? Really does anybody believe this is something logistically they can do literally block this bad boy ?

If the PPACA rules aren't enforced, the insurance company will have to pay up to $100 per day, per employee. Another new penalty concocted by Uncle Sam?

"If a state lacks authority to enforce the reforms, however, or if HHS determines that a state is not substantially enforcing a reform, HHS can take direct enforcement action. Under the Public Health Services Act, HHS can impose penalties on insurers of up to $100 per day for each individual to whom a violation applies."
