I've been sneaking around the forum for awhile, and I'm returning to work after being a stay-at-home mom for 3 years. I sold in a captive agency and an independent in my prior life (before mommyhood), and I'm returning to the workforce as a partner in a new independent agency (gulp!).

Thanks everyone for all the great advice going around. Hopefully, I'll have some ultra-successful selling tip to share in the near future.
