Hiring my first part-time csr

Finally looking to get my first part-time CSR in here. I plan on hiring unlicensed and part-time to save some money and adjust to managing someone for the first time.

Does anyone have a handbook, reference sheet, or contract that I can use as an out line for this role?

I want to have something in writing that states job duties, compensation, etc.
