Can somebody tell me 5-10 reasons why CHUBB is better than Allstate in California (aside from the fact that Allstate no longer wants to do HO in CA.)

Thanks

Don't forget yourself. I'm assuming you're appointed with Chubb and competing with Allstate...build value into yourself as an expert. The name of the company should come second.

Whats the value of the homes? Chubb for years has been the leader in insuring high value homes. They have a great product and back it up with service especially for this niche.

All risk vs. named peril on contents, HO 5 vs HO3. Sublimits of coverage far better with Chubb. Also Chubb wont nickel and dime your claim.

Chubb offers worldwide coverage on auto (in case you have a client who goes overseas and rents autos or someone who takes their car to Mexico), they will provide a detailed appraisal on the home to make sure that the property is insured properly, they usually allow for some coverages to be customized (like contents) instead of being an automatic percentage of the dwelling, they offer a lot of concierge services for higher valued homes (ex. you can sign up to have them automatically check on your home in the event of a catastrophe - I believe in California they may offer services to help prepare a home for fire hazard), they offer equipment breakdown coverage, they offer employers liability coverage and sometimes WC for homeowners who have domestic employees, they usually allow all coverages (home, auto, umbrella, Personal Articles) be under one policy. Phew!! I could go on and on! Allstate is not even in the same league. If you have a higher value home they really can't compete on coverages.
