hoa insurance carriers WA state

I am quoting a fairly large hoa in WA state (40k annual premium). They currently have Scottsdale. I thinking about using Philadelphia, what carriers are the most competitive HoA markets? Any standard markets?

Tons of standard markets. If it's with Scottsdale, it's probably a Farmers agent or something that has it right now, or it's a unique HOA. What all are you insuring under the HOA to drive that kind of premium?

It’s a local broker and I’m not sure why they sent it to Scottsdale. I’ve called Hartford, travelers, nationwide, moe and a few others and nothing. It’s Gl, non owned, d &o, employers, excess. I found Phily finally will quote it, but hoping someone knows of another carrier? It’s 400 multi million dollar homes, 70 acres of land.
